What do Korean employers actually look for?
Five things come up again and again.
One: strong Korean.
Most jobs in Korea need advanced Korean for meetings, emails, and reports.
Two: a major that fits the job. It matters to employers, and to your visa.
Three: real experience.
Internships and field training show you can work in a Korean team.
Four: certificates in your field.
And five: understanding Korean workplace culture, like teamwork, reporting to your
manager, and being on time.
Five things. Some I have, some I don't… yet.
That's normal. Now, check the ones you already have. We'll add them to your roadmap.
