Thông tin đăng ký dịch vụ và thanh toán
Để đăng ký dịch vụ trực tiếp hoặc liên kết tư vấn với tài khoản và hướng dẫn dịch vụ, chúng tôi lưu quốc tịch, quốc gia cư trú, kết quả tư vấn, dịch vụ đề xuất và tiến độ. Khi bắt đầu thanh toán, chúng tôi lưu sản phẩm, số tiền, tiền tệ, khoản trừ từ báo cáo, phiên bản và thời điểm đồng ý điều khoản, mã đơn hàng và trạng thái thanh toán. GEA không thu thập hoặc lưu số thẻ hay mật khẩu PayPal. Khi thanh toán được kích hoạt, PayPal nhận mã đơn hàng, sản phẩm, số tiền và tài khoản nhận tiền; chúng tôi nhận kết quả thanh toán và hoàn tiền.
Việc liên kết yêu cầu tư vấn trước khi đăng nhập sử dụng cookie biên nhận dùng một lần, có hiệu lực 24 giờ, cùng tài khoản Google đã xác minh cùng địa chỉ email. Cookie không chứa tên hoặc email. Thông tin dịch vụ được cung cấp cho chủ tài khoản và nhân viên được cấp quyền; không tự động chia sẻ với đối tác.
Để chuẩn bị dịch vụ, chúng tôi lưu các mục cần chuẩn bị, câu trả lời xác nhận, tệp đã nộp, hướng dẫn bổ sung và kết quả bàn giao. Tệp không được công bố qua đường dẫn công khai; chỉ chủ tài khoản và nhân viên GEA nội bộ được cấp quyền có thể xem.

We store your Google account identifier, name, email, language, consent version and time, and last sign-in time to manage your account and connect enquiries. We do not store your Google password, access tokens or refresh tokens. New accounts are members; partner and internal roles require administrator approval. Without account consent, Google member features are unavailable; basic university information remains public.
Optional preferences and communications
Nationality, study goal and preferred intake are optional and are not required to join. Admissions and scholarship communications require separate opt-in, unchecked by default. You can change preferences and withdraw opt-in in your account. Automated email delivery is not connected yet.
Online enquiries
Online enquiries collect your name and email, and optional nationality, education, school and residence countries, curriculum and school history, graduation status and year, credentials and awarding body, Korean nationality and whether both parents are foreign nationals, study goal and intake, semester budget, TOPIK level, selected questions and schools, and message to process and respond to your enquiry. After Google sign-in, roadmap education, graduation dates, study gaps and activities, study purpose, institution preferences, career interests and study preferences are automatically saved under your account. Reset clears roadmap answers and retains prior enquiries. Contact edits, messages and enquiry consent are not autosaved. An enquiry is sent only on submission. The draft retention period is one year. Without consent, online submission is unavailable.
Account retention and requests
The draft account policy retains information while your account is active and processes deletion requests. Contact lcj3117@gea.sc.kr for access, correction or account deletion. Automatic expiry deletion and self-service account deletion are not implemented. Google authentication is also subject to Google’s privacy policy. Production storage locations and final retention periods must be confirmed before launch.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies for login sessions and one-time Google authentication state. Staff passwords are stored as hashes. University comparison selections are stored on your device. Study preparation drafts use this browser’s session storage and are not reused after 12 hours. Logging out or submitting an enquiry clears the draft; consent is never stored in the draft.
