Google registration and sign-in
We store your Google account identifier, name, email, selected language, registration consent version and time, and last sign-in time to manage your account and connect enquiries. We do not store the password, access tokens or refresh tokens used for Google sign-in. New accounts are members; partner and internal staff access requires separate administrator approval. Without registration consent, member features are unavailable, but public university information remains accessible.
Optional information and updates
Nationality, preferred programme and intake are optional and are not required to register. Admissions and scholarship updates require a separate opt-in, unchecked by default. You can edit optional information and withdraw this opt-in in your account.
Enquiry submission
We collect your name, email and message to receive and answer your enquiry. Depending on the consultation path you choose, we also store nationality and residence, education and school country, curriculum and study history, graduation status and year, credentials and awarding body, applicant and parental nationality, preferred programme and intake, budget, language results, selected universities, questions and preferences. An enquiry is submitted only when you choose the submit button. Without consent to collection, online submission is unavailable.
The privacy notice on the enquiry form states a retention period of one year.
Study preparation and draft saving
After Google sign-in, education, graduation dates, study gaps and activities, study purpose, institution preferences, career interests and study preferences are saved in your account for reuse. Resetting the roadmap clears saved preparation answers but does not delete previously submitted enquiries. Changes to your name, email and enquiry message are separate from this automatic account saving; they are received by the server when you submit the enquiry.
An in-progress study draft is also stored temporarily in the same browser’s session storage. It may include the name, email and enquiry message you are entering. Drafts older than 12 hours are not reused; signing out or submitting the enquiry clears the draft. Consent checkboxes are not saved in the draft.

जब आप साइन आउट हो जाते हैं, तो प्रगति और वैकल्पिक व्यक्तिगत उत्तर इस ब्राउज़र में रहते हैं। मॉड्यूल क्विज़ ग्रेडिंग सर्वर पर केवल प्रश्न चयन भेजता है; अनाम चयन और ग्रेडिंग परिणाम सर्वर पर संग्रहीत या लॉग इन नहीं किए जाते हैं।
यदि आप अपनी सीखने की प्रगति और उत्तरों को अपने उपयोगकर्ता खाते में सहेजने की अनुमति देते हैं, तो हम निम्नलिखित डेटा संग्रहीत करते हैं: आपका खाता पहचानकर्ता, वीडियो प्रगति, प्रश्नोत्तरी चयन और स्कोर, आपके वैकल्पिक लक्ष्य, बजट और अध्ययन योजनाएं, और आपकी सहमति का संस्करण और तारीख। ये रिकॉर्ड आपको किसी अन्य डिवाइस पर अध्ययन जारी रखने और अपने उत्तरों की समीक्षा करने देते हैं।
आपके पाठ्यक्रम की प्रगति और उत्तरों का रिकॉर्ड तब तक रखा जाता है जब तक आप उन्हें हटा नहीं देते या अपना खाता बंद नहीं कर देते। अगर आप दो साल तक पढ़ाई नहीं करते हैं तो ये रिकॉर्ड अपने आप डिलीट हो जाते हैं।
प्रामाणिकता जाँच के लिए प्रमाणपत्र संख्या, यादृच्छिक सत्यापन कोड, जारी करने की तारीख और आंशिक रूप से छिपे नाम सीखने के रिकॉर्ड से अलग रखे जाते हैं। हटाने का अनुरोध प्रमाणपत्र रद्द करता है। पूरा नाम केवल पूर्वावलोकन और PDF बनाने में इस्तेमाल होता है और प्रमाणपत्र रिकॉर्ड में सहेजा नहीं जाता।
प्रमाणपत्र खरीद के लिए, भुगतान की सहमति, पूर्वावलोकन की पुष्टि, भुगतान और पहली PDF डाउनलोड के प्रमाण भुगतान के बाद 5 वर्षों तक रखे जाते हैं। ये प्रमाण मिटाने के बाद भी वैध डाउनलोड अधिकार और प्रमाणपत्र सत्यापन की न्यूनतम जानकारी बनी रहती है। खरीद के ये प्रमाण अनाम मापन से अलग हैं, जिसके मूल रिकॉर्ड 13 महीने बाद मिटा दिए जाते हैं। अवैतनिक ऑर्डर और उनके पूर्वावलोकन तथा सहमति के प्रमाण अंतिम बदलाव के 30 दिन बाद, या खाता अथवा सीखने के रिकॉर्ड हटाने पर मिटा दिए जाते हैं। पूर्वावलोकन की अनुमति 24 घंटे वैध है; बिना ऑर्डर वाले पूर्वावलोकन रिकॉर्ड भी इसी 30-दिन की मिटाने की नीति का पालन करते हैं।
अपनी सीखने की प्रगति और उत्तरों को अपने उपयोगकर्ता खाते में सहेजना वैकल्पिक है। भले ही आप अनुमति न दें, आप इस ब्राउज़र में पाठ देख सकते हैं, प्रश्नोत्तरी ले सकते हैं और उत्तर दर्ज कर सकते हैं। केवल 14 वर्ष या उससे अधिक आयु के शिक्षार्थी ही अपनी सीखने की प्रगति और उत्तरों को अपने उपयोगकर्ता खाते में सहेज सकते हैं।
परामर्श फॉर्म में अलग-अलग सहमति के साथ, आपके चुने हुए पाठ्यक्रम के उत्तर आपके सलाहकार को सबमिशन के समय एक स्नैपशॉट के रूप में भेजे जाते हैं। यह प्रति परामर्श रिकॉर्ड प्रतिधारण नीति का पालन करती है और आपकी मौजूदा छात्र तैयारी को अधिलेखित नहीं करती है। किसी विदेशी शाखा को भेजे गए परामर्श के लिए प्राप्तकर्ता देश और साझा की गई जानकारी की पहचान करने के बाद अलग से सहमति की आवश्यकता होती है।
अनाम बुनियादी माप अलग सहमति के बिना वीडियो, गतिविधि और अनुशंसा उपयोग के प्रकार और मॉड्यूल को रिकॉर्ड करता है। यह केवल एक यादृच्छिक सत्र पहचानकर्ता का उपयोग करता है जो टैब बंद होने पर गायब हो जाता है। रिकॉर्ड कभी भी किसी खाते, ऑर्डर या पूछताछ से लिंक नहीं होते हैं, भले ही आप साइन इन हों। यह कुकीज़, लगातार पहचानकर्ता, आईपी पते, कच्चे उपयोगकर्ता-एजेंट स्ट्रिंग या उत्तर पाठ को संग्रहीत नहीं करता है। भविष्य के रिकॉर्ड रोकने के लिए पाठ्यक्रम पृष्ठ पर माप बंद करें; इस ब्राउज़र में केवल एक अस्वीकरण प्राथमिकता संग्रहीत है। 14 वर्ष से कम आयु के शिक्षार्थी केवल इस बुनियादी माप का उपयोग कर सकते हैं। प्रमाणपत्र के पूर्वावलोकन, भुगतान शुरू करने, भुगतान की पुष्टि और PDF डाउनलोड की गिनती भी होती है। नाम, ऑर्डर पहचानकर्ता या राशि नहीं भेजी जाती।
खाते से जुड़ा मापन केवल लॉग इन किए हुए 14 वर्ष या उससे अधिक आयु के शिक्षार्थी की अलग सहमति से होता है। सहमति वापस लेने पर जुड़े मापन रिकॉर्ड मिट जाते हैं। दोनों प्रकार के मूल रिकॉर्ड 13 महीने बाद मिटा दिए जाते हैं और केवल बिना पहचानकर्ता के मासिक आँकड़े रहते हैं। सामान्य परामर्श और सेवा खरीद की गिनती मौजूदा अनुरोधों और ऑर्डरों में पाठ्यक्रम स्रोत से होती है; इनके लिए अतिरिक्त इवेंट नहीं भेजे जाते। प्रमाणपत्र का पूर्वावलोकन, भुगतान शुरू करना, भुगतान की पुष्टि और डाउनलोड उन्हीं मापन विकल्पों के अनुसार अलग गिने जाते हैं, बिना नाम, ऑर्डर पहचानकर्ता या राशि के। पाठ्यक्रम मापन में बाहरी विश्लेषण उपकरण नहीं हैं।

Service applications and payment information
We store nationality, current residence, consultation results, the recommended service and progress to handle a direct service request or connect your enquiry with your account. When checkout starts, we store the product, amount, currency, report credit, consent version and time, order and payment identifiers, and payment status. GEA does not collect or store card numbers or PayPal passwords. When payment is enabled, PayPal receives the order identifier, product, amount and merchant account; we receive payment and refund results.
Connecting a guest enquiry uses a single-use receipt cookie valid for 24 hours together with a Google account verified under the same email. The cookie contains no name or email. Service information is available to the account owner and authorized staff and is not automatically shared with partners.
For service preparation, we store checklist items, confirmation replies, submitted files, staff correction requests and delivered results. Files are not published through public paths and can be accessed only by their account owner and authorized GEA internal staff.

Contact lcj3117@gea.sc.kr to request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or account closure and deletion. Optional information and communications consent can be changed in your account. Google authentication is also subject to Google’s privacy policy.

Necessary cookies maintain login sessions and one-time Google authentication state. University comparison selections are stored on your device. These necessary features remain available when you refuse analytics and advertising. You can delete or block cookies and site data through your browser settings; blocking login cookies may restrict member features.
Optional analytics and advertising
Analytics and advertising are optional and off until you choose to allow them. You can refuse both, choose them separately, or change your choice in Cookie settings. Refusing does not prevent university browsing, consultation requests or service applications. Your choice is stored on this device for 180 days.
With analytics consent, Google Analytics measures public-page visits, university and service choices, consultation submissions and application or payment steps. Events may contain a page path, language, service, amount, currency and order identifier. We do not put your name, email, phone number, consultation answers or free-text messages into analytics events. The Google tag receives technical connection and browser information. The site configures its Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) to expire after 30 days without extending the period on each visit.
With analytics consent, we store your first visit’s campaign values (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term and utm_content), first-visit time and expiry time in this device’s local storage for 30 days. Google and Meta ad-click identifiers (gclid and fbclid) are included only with advertising consent as well. On a consultation submission, permitted campaign information is recorded with the enquiry so GEA can understand how people find its consultation services. A full page URL, name or telephone number is not stored in this attribution record. The 30-day limit applies to the device copy; submitted enquiry records follow the enquiry retention period.
With advertising consent, and where configured, Meta receives consultation-success and WhatsApp-click events to measure advertising. GEA does not use Google advertising personalization. Google and Meta ad-click identifiers (gclid and fbclid) are stored in the local attribution record only when both analytics and advertising are allowed. GEA does not include names, contact details or enquiry text in these events. Google and Meta may process technical connection, browser and event information under their own privacy policies, including outside your country. Choosing an external WhatsApp link opens a service operated by Meta; information you send there is handled under WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
Changing your choice to refuse stops the relevant tracking, removes the site’s accessible analytics or advertising cookies and corresponding device records, and reloads the page. It does not erase information already received by Google or Meta, or an enquiry you have submitted. Contact GEA about access or deletion of your enquiry.
Sri Lanka consultation enquiries
If you request Sri Lanka consultation, including through a general form identifying Sri Lankan nationality, GEA’s authorized staff in Korea and GEA KOREA EDUCATION CONSULTANTS in Galle, Sri Lanka, use the enquiry to respond and arrange your consultation. The information shared for this purpose is your name, WhatsApp or other contact number, optional email, nationality, A/L stream and year or other education information, preferred programme, major, intake and budget where supplied, and the message you submit. The notification also includes the form language, submission time and enquiry reference. The enquiry may be sent from Korea to the Sri Lanka office through the consultation notification system. This does not give the office access to unrelated students or private service documents. Consultation sharing is separate from optional analytics and advertising consent.
