1. Your agreement and provider
GEA IHRD LLC (GEA) provides consulting and administrative support for study in Korea. These terms, the refund policy and the service scope confirmed in your order form your agreement. Your order identifies the product, university, programme, intake, price, any report credit and the terms version. The English version prevails if translations differ, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
2. Services and included scope
University Match Report: US$199, covering research on three universities and one hour of video consultation. Apply: US$379, covering document guidance and review, university application and a Korean personal statement based on your answers, without interview preparation. Admit: US$599, adding five hours of one-to-one interview preparation in English. Apply and Admit retain one further university application if the initial application is unsuccessful, under their existing scope.
Complete (standard): US$699. Complete (electronic-visa programme): US$799. Each includes the admission preparation services in Admit, five hours of one-to-one interview preparation in English and the agreed visa support, for one university in one intake. Unlike Apply and Admit, these new Complete packages do not include a free further university application. Standalone Visa Support remains US$149. A previously agreed Complete US$599 order and its separate US$100 visa payment retain their original terms.
GEA advises on requirements, reviews materials and coordinates the agreed submission. The university and the legally permitted applicant or representative submit visa applications as applicable to the route. GEA does not promise admission or visa issuance: those decisions belong to universities and immigration authorities.
3. Eligibility and order confirmation
Nationals or residents of India, Sri Lanka or Vietnam use their respective GEA country channels rather than these global USD products. A University Match Report can be requested and paid for directly after the required basic study information, nationality, current residence and adult or guardian consent are confirmed. It explores options and does not certify eligibility for admission or a visa. For an application package, the university, programme, intake and interview preparation needs must be confirmed before payment. Visa work requires confirmed admission and the relevant documents. Applicants under 18 need parent or guardian consent. An ineligible order declined by GEA is refunded in full.
4. Price and payment
Prices are in US dollars. New Complete packages are paid once, upfront: US$699 consists of US$599 admission preparation and US$100 visa support; US$799 consists of US$599 admission preparation and US$200 electronic-visa support. These are GEA service fees, not government visa fees. The included visa fee is not charged again when the visa stage starts. Payment does not mean that every component has started or finished.
University application fees, tuition, accommodation, insurance, government charges, notarisation, certification, external translation and DHL shipping of originals are separate third-party costs. GEA explains any amount it collects before you agree to it. Payments use the offered payment provider or the bank details on an agreed invoice; bank and card-provider fees are outside GEA's control. Any available credit from a paid Match Report is shown separately and retains the existing full-credit arrangement.
5. Additional universities and changes
For a new Complete package, an additional university in the same intake costs US$100 for a standard application or US$200 for an electronic-visa programme application. The US$200 replaces, rather than adds to, the US$100 additional-university fee. The university, programme, intake and work covered must be confirmed with you in writing before a separate invoice is issued. An extra university does not automatically include another five hours of interview preparation. A different intake or a change of university or visa route is reviewed separately; GEA will explain the remaining work, price and any adjustment for your agreement before new work or charges. Existing contracts keep any agreed free further application.
6. When work starts and finishes
Each component is tracked separately. Sending a passport, transcript or other material for a free consultation or preliminary eligibility screening alone does not start paid work. For a paid component, GEA identifies the work to be undertaken and records its actual commencement after the required materials are provided. Paying the package price or starting admission work does not start visa work.
A Match Report is complete when the report is delivered; an included video consultation not yet provided remains due. Document and application support is complete when the university confirms receipt of the originals after admission, or when an unsuccessful admission decision is announced. A personal statement is complete on your final approval. Interview preparation is complete after the agreed five hours. For refund accounting, the visa application-work component is complete when the application has been successfully submitted; issuance is not a condition for completing that component. The new Complete service case is marked complete on confirmation of visa issuance, while any outstanding agreed arrival guidance or handover remains as follow-up work. Completion of one component does not cancel outstanding sessions or other agreed work. Processing estimates run from receipt of the required materials and remain subject to university and authority schedules.
7. Responsibilities and personal statements
You provide accurate, genuine documents and answers; check the university, intake and drafted statements; obtain required certification and translation; pay third-party costs; and respond within reasonable deadlines. GEA drafts Korean personal statements and study plans from your own answers for your review and final approval. You must understand and be able to explain the approved content. Original documents are sent by a tracked carrier at your cost. GEA confirms receipt and is responsible for their custody until delivery to the university. Delays or missing information are explained with the next required action.
8. Cancellation and refunds
The refund policy is part of this agreement. The admission component and visa component are assessed separately. Unstarted visa support is refunded in full: US$100 for standard Complete or US$200 for electronic-visa Complete, including when admission is unsuccessful and visa work never starts. Additional-university work is fully refundable before it starts; once started, only the documented value of work actually performed is deducted. A fixed 50% deduction is not automatically applied to an additional-university invoice.
9. Responsibility and statutory rights
GEA cannot control a university or authority's decision, but remains responsible for its own contractual duties and any liability that applicable law does not permit it to exclude, including intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Nothing here waives statutory withdrawal, termination, refund or damages rights. Contractual refund schedules apply only to the extent they do not reduce a mandatory right to a greater refund.
10. Materials and permitted use
GEA's reports, templates and training materials remain its intellectual property. You may use materials supplied to you for your own study applications, but may not redistribute or resell them. Your original documents and personal information remain yours.
11. Personal information
Personal information is handled under the separate privacy notice. Necessary information sharing, storage and international transfers are explained there and in any required consent. Accepting these terms is not blanket consent to every use of personal information.
12. Law, language and disputes
Korean law governs this agreement, without excluding mandatory protections or competent courts available to you under applicable law. If a translation differs, the English terms control subject to those protections. Please contact GEA first so that a service or refund concern can be reviewed with its supporting records.
13. Versions and existing contracts
This version applies to new orders accepted under it. An existing order retains the price, included work and refund terms agreed at purchase. A new price or publication does not retroactively reduce those rights. Any agreed change is recorded separately with its scope and price.
